Today's leaders are asked to address the tension that all too often exists between ethical business conduct and firm performance This panel discussion participants will discuss a new paradigm for strategic leadership and identify the critical issues that cause tension between ethical leadership and business performance.

Pat joined Conrad O'Brien Gellman & Rohn as a shareholder in 2008.
