Strategic leadership has reached a tipping point. In the midst of recent corporate scandals, dishonorable management behaviors have resulted in widespread disastrous consequences. Today's leaders are asked to address the tension that all too often exists between ethical business conduct and firm performance This panel discussion participants will discuss a new paradigm for strategic leadership and identify the critical issues that cause tension between ethical leadership and business performance.

One of the most respected U.S. Attorneys in the Country. Pat's work as U.S. Attorney on corporate, healthcare and pharmaceutical fraud has earned him national prominence. Early in his tenure, he was appointed by the President as one of seven U.S. Attorneys to serve on the President's Corporate Fraud Task Force. Pat joined Conrad O'Brien Gellman & Rohn as a shareholder in 2008.
