The third session will focus on the benefits of financial planning and goal setting, developing a financial model template for your business idea, understanding/interpreting financial statements (profit & loss) and cash flow and balance sheet information. By using these reports, you will be able to diagnose the financial feasibility and break-even requirements for your new venture. Each session includes breakout exercises, with a strong emphasis on individual interaction with other attendees and Score Counselors. Attendees should be meeting with their one-on-one counselor as part of the series.
