There are two main ways to access vessels: the plank or the gangway. Everyone comes aboard via the gangway, but sometimes underperforming crew have to “walk the plank”!

Having a comprehensive Onboarding program for your mates will spare you from having to make others walk the dreaded plank, except by their own choice or negligence. We’ll give you the tools you need to seize the crucial first interactions with prospective leaders, and lay out the expectations, responsibilities, and standards that you and other leaders will hold them to. When people are prepared to rise to that level and know what to expect, your crew will be top notch, and the plank won’t be an issue!
