We can be sure that few things will remain the same. And the pace of change in the world is only accelerating. success depends more and more on the ability to manage change, embrace change, and even create change.
This workshop provides an opportunity for participants to view the video, "Who Moved My Cheese?" Based on Spencer Johnson's bestseller of the same name, change is examined from a unique perspective. In this hands-on, highly interactive workshop, participants will have an opportunity to gain some insights into their own view of change.

This workshop will provide value to those who want to learn to see more opportunities in change and those individuals who want to help their organizations learn to better deal with change. Anyone dealing with change either personally or professionally will find the workshop helpful.
About the Presenter:
Pat Buhler is a professor of management at Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware. Teaching there since 1989, she serves as the faculty advisor for the student chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Pat teaches in the graduate and undergraduate programs specializing in the upper management, human resource managment, and strategy courses.
