6:00pm - 8:00pm

As a business leader in the modern era, you will be confronted with conflicts of interest in dealings with boards, shareholders, regulators, watchdogs, and the public. Michael Martorelli's insights will highlight strategies for dealing with the conflicts ripped from the current headlines and involving public and private corporations, government agencies, and empowered oversight organizations.
As Director of Fairmount Partners, an independent investment banking firm, Michael Martorelli contributes to the firm's marketing and business development efforts with periodic industry reports and conference presentations. For the past several years he has taught graduate investment courses as a member of Drexel's adjunct faculty. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

This program is another in a series of "best practices" programs produced for the MBA program, in conjunction with Drexel University's LeBow College of Business Center for Corporate Governance.
