This collegium brings together prominent social scientists who study how and why people perceive men and women in ways that may benefit or impede their advancement as leaders, and how individuals' gender-related identities influence how they confront the numerous challenges associated with effective leadership. The panelists will discuss their own research findings and perspectives related to gender and leadership.
